My review would be all over the board because I didn’t know this book is a triangle between Ella, her twin Ivy and Landon Brooks but it actually makes sense when you finish reading it.Ella Holmes has always been in the background or behind the camera to let her more outgoing twin shine because Ivy wanted to find a husband and she thought that she had found it with football player Landon Brooks. But when Landon accidently (read the story to understand) slept with both of them she stepped back to avoid any problems. But true love isn’t smooth especially in college. Landon Brooks is the guy on campus that every girl wants, he's a football star with dreams of playing in the big game, and good looks to make you weak in the knees. But for as many girls that are waiting in line to catch his attention there is only one that has, and he won't stop until he has every bit of her attention. Even if Ella seems oblivious to his advances. They are complete opposites, he's always the center of attention everywhere he goes, and Ella is more of a stay in the shadows kind of girl. She is perfectly happy staying in the background, with her eye behind the lens of her camera, following the action on the field. But he wants to be the one to help her see the world waiting for her outside of the camera lens... but just as he starts to make headway with his little plan, someone decides to throw a revengeful wrench in his plans!Between the pages of Fair Play lies a dramatic and angst filled tale about a guy who unfortunately finds himself trapped between unforeseen obligations and the woman he loves. Once I met them I could not let them go, the push and pull between them squeezed my heart, the angst and indecision they endured tormented me, and of course the love they shared mended all they broke... it was such an emotional charged journey! Definitely one of my favorites from Ms. Fox to date!! Highly recommend this one, it's bound to have you hooked in a matter of a few sentences!
